Free, hands-on workshops showcase how science and innovation can create a greener, more sustainable future for all.

We’re delighted to announce the Green Infrastructure workshop series, hosted by Oriel Science in collaboration with Urban Foundry and proudly funded by the UK Government. These free, hands-on workshops showcase how science and innovation can create a greener, more sustainable future for all. Urban Green Wales is being led by Urban Foundry to improve awareness of what’s possible in our towns and cities to provide space for people’s wellbeing, for nature to thrive and that help to prepare us for the impacts of climate change. The programme will work with leading industry experts to provide the skills locally to install these spaces. As part of Urban Green Wales, we’re excited to continue our mission by offering interactive workshops that promote environmental awareness and sustainable development.

When?
The workshops will run from 25th January to 28th February 2025, with each session lasting approximately 1 hour.

Workshops designed and led by Swansea University staff will be delivered twice daily at 11 AM and 1 PM.
